The service

Porta 3D, a service by Coding Turtles EOOD (company ID 208011132), makes a 3D walkthrough of a property from a video recorded with a phone and hosts it online. The result is a link, an embed code and a QR code.

What you get and what you don't

The walkthrough shows the property truthfully and gives a sense of the space. It is not for measuring and it isn't perfect down to the last detail. We are not liable for decisions based on dimensions estimated from the walkthrough.

Your recording

For the walkthrough to work, the recording must be made with a recent phone with an ultra-wide camera (for example an iPhone 11 or newer), with the 0.5x lens, walking slowly and with slow, smooth camera movements. The details are in the Recording guide.

You confirm that you have the right to record the property and the owner's consent, and that the recording shows no people without their consent. If a recording can't be processed, we tell you what to record again.

Price and payment

The first property of every account (up to a one-bedroom flat, video up to 5 minutes) is processed free of charge and is visible only in the account. The link, the embed code and the QR code are unlocked after payment. The price is per property according to the current price list on the Pricing page and includes VAT. Houses and properties over 110 m² are priced by quote. Agency subscriptions are agreed separately with each agency. The price includes processing and 12 months of hosting.

Guarantee

If the walkthrough doesn't work out because of us, we redo it for free or refund the amount paid. If the problem is in the recording, we tell you what to record again.

Hosting

The walkthrough is live for 12 months from delivery. After that it can be renewed for a yearly fee. If it isn't renewed, the link stops working.
