An iPhone with an ultra-wide camera (0.5x), which means an iPhone 11 or newer. We are still testing Android phones. If you have an Android phone, write to us before your first recording and we will check it together. #

Four things: a recent phone with an ultra-wide camera (iPhone 11 or newer), video recorded at 0.5x, walking slowly, and slow, smooth camera movements. If a recording doesn't meet them, we will ask you to record it again. #

Switch to 0.5x, hold the phone upright in front of your chest and walk slowly through the property. In each room, walk a lap along the walls at chest height, then the same lap the other way at eye height, then a diagonal, and only then move on to the next room. Don't spin in place. The details are in the Recording guide. #

The recording takes 3-5 minutes for a one-bedroom flat. The walkthrough is ready within an hour of us receiving the video. #

We check every video as soon as we receive it. If something is wrong, we tell you exactly what to record again, so you can do it while you are still at the property or nearby. #

Before recording, put away photos, documents and anything the owner doesn't want to be seen. Don't film people. We don't publish the address or location of the property unless you add it. #

The walkthrough shows the property truthfully and gives a real sense of the space, but it is not for measuring. It isn't perfect down to the last detail. It is good enough for a buyer to decide whether to come to a viewing. For exact dimensions, use a floor plan. #

In the browser, on a computer or a phone. The buyer doesn't install anything. #

With 360 photos the buyer jumps from point to point. Here the space is continuous: they walk through the rooms, look around and step closer, as on a real viewing. #

For now, as a link in the listing description or as a QR code in a photo and on the sign. The 3D tour field on some portals only accepts certain platforms. We are working on integrations. #

Yes. You get a link and a ready-made embed code that goes on the property page. #

Yes. Your first property is free if it is up to a one-bedroom flat (video up to 5 minutes). You see the finished walkthrough in your account and pay only if you want to share it with a link, an embed code or a QR code. #

€90 for a one-bedroom flat up to 75 m² and €110 for a two-bedroom flat up to 110 m², VAT included. Houses and larger properties are priced by area, on request. Agencies can choose a subscription with terms agreed for their agency. #

If the walkthrough doesn't work out because of us, we redo it for free or refund you. If the problem is in the recording, we tell you exactly what to record again. #

It's optional. You can pay per property, and agencies that record regularly can choose a monthly subscription. We agree the number of properties, the price and the terms with each agency. #

Yes. Agencies can test Porta 3D with a few properties before choosing a plan. Write to us and we will agree a trial period and terms for your agency. #

We host it. The first 12 months are included in the price. After that, if the property is still on the market, the link stays live for a small yearly fee. #

Yes. You record the property yourself with your phone, so it doesn't matter where it is. You send us the video online. #
