Who processes the data

Coding Turtles EOOD, company ID 208011132, registered at 1 Angel Kanchev St, fl. 3, apt. 5, 5800 Pleven, Bulgaria ("we"). Porta 3D is a service by Coding Turtles EOOD. For questions: info@codingturtles.com, +359 879 406 809.

What data we collect

• The data from the contact form: name, agency, phone, email, city, type of property and a note.
• The video of the property you send us, and the 3D walkthrough we make from it.
• Technical data when you visit the website (IP address, browser), which the hosting provider logs for security.

What we use it for

To fulfil the order, contact you about it, issue an invoice and host the walkthrough. We don't sell data and don't use it for advertising.

The video and the walkthrough

The video may show the inside of someone else's property. By sending it, you confirm that you have the owner's consent. Please keep people out of the frame. We don't publish the address or location of the property unless you add it. We keep the video only as long as needed for processing, and the walkthrough while it is live (12 months, or longer if renewed).

How long we keep the data

We keep order data as long as we need it for the service, and as long as accounting law requires for invoices.

Who we share it with

Only with providers the service can't work without: hosting for the website and the walkthroughs, computing servers for the processing, email. They process the data on our instructions.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object. Write to info@codingturtles.com. You can file a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or with the data protection authority in your country.
