Porta 3D is a product of Coding Turtles.

Who we are

Coding Turtles builds hand-coded websites and online shops and makes sure people find them on Google. We work with clients in Bulgaria and abroad.

With Porta 3D, the same company makes the walkthrough, hosts it and stands behind it. You talk directly to the people who make it.

How it started

Before I became a programmer, I worked as a real estate agent. I always wanted to present every property in the best possible way, so I shot videos with a gimbal and took professional photos of the properties I was selling.

Once I had built up experience as a programmer, the idea for Porta 3D came to me: every agent should be able to show a property on their own, with just a phone, the way I was trying to show mine.

Why we made Porta 3D

Agents want to record properties themselves instead of booking a technician and waiting. Until now, 3D tours needed a special camera, a tripod or a subscription. We wanted something that works with a phone, in minutes, for every property.

That is why Porta 3D makes the walkthrough from an ordinary video. The buyer doesn't jump between photos, but walks freely through the home.

How we work

We check every recording before we process it and tell you right away if something needs to be recorded again. We are honest about what the walkthrough can and can't do: it shows the property truthfully, but it isn't for measuring. If it doesn't work out because of us, we redo it or refund you.
