01What phone do I need?
An iPhone with an ultra-wide camera (0.5x), which means an iPhone 11 or newer. We are still testing Android phones. If you have an Android phone, write to us before your first recording and we will check it together. #
02How exactly do I record?
Switch to 0.5x, hold the phone upright in front of your chest and walk slowly through the property. In each room, walk a lap along the walls at chest height, then the same lap the other way at eye height, then a diagonal, and only then move on to the next room. Don't spin in place. 03What about personal belongings in the property?
Before recording, put away photos, documents and anything the owner doesn't want to be seen. Don't film people. We don't publish the address or location of the property unless you add it. #
04How much does it cost?
€90 for a one-bedroom flat up to 75 m² and €110 for a two-bedroom flat up to 110 m², VAT included. Houses and larger properties are priced by area, on request. Agencies can choose a subscription with terms agreed for their agency. #
