When to choose Matterport
When you need exact dimensions and a floor plan, a 3D tour field directly on the portal, or the most polished result possible, for example for luxury properties.
When to choose Porta 3D
When you want a walkthrough for most of your listings, without waiting for a technician and without a required subscription. The result is good enough for a buyer to decide whether to come to a viewing, at a fraction of the price.
Honestly about quality
We don't claim to be better than Matterport. The walkthrough shows the property truthfully and gives a real sense of the space, but it isn't perfect down to the last detail and it isn't for measuring. The difference is that the agent makes it alone, in minutes, for every property.

With 360 photos the buyer jumps from point to point. Here the space is continuous: they walk through the rooms, look around and step closer, as on a real viewing. #
03Can I add it to property portals?
For now, as a link in the listing description or as a QR code in a photo and on the sign. The 3D tour field on some portals only accepts certain platforms. We are working on integrations. #
04How much does it cost?
€90 for a one-bedroom flat up to 75 m² and €110 for a two-bedroom flat up to 110 m², VAT included. Houses and larger properties are priced by area, on request. Agencies can choose a subscription with terms agreed for their agency. #
