Questions
01How accurate is the walkthrough? Can I measure in it?
The walkthrough shows the property truthfully and gives a real sense of the space, but it is not for measuring. It isn't perfect down to the last detail. It is good enough for a buyer to decide whether to come to a viewing. For exact dimensions, use a floor plan. #
02How exactly do I record?
Switch to 0.5x, hold the phone upright in front of your chest and walk slowly through the property. In each room, walk a lap along the walls at chest height, then the same lap the other way at eye height, then a diagonal, and only then move on to the next room. Don't spin in place. 03Can I embed it on our agency website?
Yes. You get a link and a ready-made embed code that goes on the property page. #
04How much does it cost?
€90 for a one-bedroom flat up to 75 m² and €110 for a two-bedroom flat up to 110 m², VAT included. Houses and larger properties are priced by area, on request. Agencies can choose a subscription with terms agreed for their agency. #
05What about personal belongings in the property?
Before recording, put away photos, documents and anything the owner doesn't want to be seen. Don't film people. We don't publish the address or location of the property unless you add it. #
